I value human contact and I wish to maintain a contemplative life in the digital age. My work aims to inspire those for whom artistic expression, philosophical inquiry and reverence for nature remain critical counterweights to the racket and fragmentation of modern life, as more of our lives are swept up and digitized by vast corporate networks of spectacle, I prefer to show you my paintings in real time ("the medium is the message", and "was gezeigt werde kann, kann nicht gesagt werden", remember?).
